Terms of Service.
The rules governing use of Scope Football Intelligence products and services.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using a Scope Football Intelligence service, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the related policies displayed on this website.
2. Services
Scope Football Intelligence provides football-analysis software, digital education, analysis and profiling services, and football-development programmes. The relevant product page states the main inclusions, price, delivery method and access period before purchase.
3. Accounts
Customers must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may not be shared or resold unless an approved team or organisational plan expressly permits it.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are stated in South African rand unless otherwise indicated. By subscribing, the customer authorises the payment provider to collect the displayed recurring charge in accordance with the checkout disclosure.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Software access is licensed, not sold. Customers may use the platform for lawful football-analysis purposes and may not reverse engineer, bypass security, redistribute the software, infringe third-party rights or use the platform to store unlawful material.
6. Customer content
Customers retain ownership of content they lawfully upload and grant Scope Football Intelligence the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content for service delivery.
7. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service. Maintenance, security events, internet failures and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for unpaid charges, serious misuse, security risks or breach of these terms. Customers may cancel according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scope Football Intelligence is not responsible for indirect loss, lost sporting opportunities, loss caused by customer content or decisions made solely from software output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
