How Scope Football Intelligence handles personal and platform information.
1. Who we are
Scope Football Intelligence is a South African football-analysis, software, education and player-development business based in Johannesburg. Touchline Studio is a Scope Football Intelligence software product.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information, contact details, subscription and transaction references, customer-support communications, project information, technical usage information and information voluntarily supplied when requesting a service.
3. Payment information
Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider, including Paystack. Scope Football Intelligence does not store full bank-card details. Payment providers process payment and verification information under their own privacy terms.
4. How information is used
- To create and manage customer accounts.
- To provide software access and digital services.
- To process, verify and reconcile payments.
- To deliver support, updates and service notices.
- To protect the platform, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
5. Uploaded football content
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to upload and process video, images, reports and other material. Uploaded content is used only as needed to provide the requested platform functions and support.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with hosting, authentication, analytics, email, support and payment service providers where needed to operate the service, protect users or comply with law. We do not sell customers’ personal information.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, support, dispute handling and legal compliance. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, although no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information and may object to certain processing.
